Windows 10 has a bug that causes L2TP connections to fail unless the following correction is applied to the registry: Add the following, or change to these values if already present: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\PolicyAgent RegValue: AssumeUDPEncapsulationContextOnSendRule Type: DWORD Data Value: 2 The PC will probably need to be rebooted for it to take effect.
