To listen to call recordings Voicenet have said to use IE in private mode as they have problems with the site caching and not letting people login.

Then you need to do the following:

• Add Site to trusted sites
• Put the security level to custom in IE and change the Active X Controls & Plugins -> Initialize and script activex controls... to enabled
• On the call recordings site go to Options -> Support Centre and download the Media Player Intall Certificate.
• Right click on the file and select install the certificate -> Select to install it in the trusted publishers
• After refresh IE and login and it should now work.
