Solution Path:

- Go to the Microsoft 365 admin center.
- Log in as a user with either the Global admin or SharePoint admin role assigned.
- Verify that you are using the new admin center.
- Click on the Need Help? widget.
- Type SharePoint Site User ID Mismatch in the search box.
- Follow the prompts to run the diagnostic.
