Apple device configuration profile

The USERNAME in the configuration profile is the email address used to login to the mailbox.

To remove an existing email account that has been configured using the profiles:
Go to Settings > General > Profiles or Profiles & Device Management,* then tap the app's configuration profile. Then tap Delete Profile. If asked, enter your device passcode, then tap Delete

If you have used Teamviewer to push the profile and you are trying to do a second one in the same session - you will need to close down the session first and reestablish.
