Run the following commands as ADMIN on the computer cd C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\ClickToRun\ OfficeC2RClient.exe /changesetting Channel=Insiders OfficeC2RClient.exe /update user reboot Notifications should now work when clicked on
