Sharepoint Site Permissions

If a user has / had access to a Sharepoint site and the email confirmation from O365 does not work it has been noticed that if you copy the Sharepoint URL into the user's browser then they will have access and then subsequently the emailed linked now works.

So in summary if you are convinced that your permissions are setup is correctly just try copying the Sharepoint URL first.
